5 Step Program
With over 40 years of experience, we’re familiar with the local landscape in Avon, Olmsted Falls, & the surrounding areas. Custom Lawn’s 5 Step Program is time-tested for success in our area. Our traditional program consists of up to five timely services designed to improve and maintain the health, color and density of your lawn. Scheduled care ensures that your lawn will always receive the right treatment at the right time. We can also customize a program to suit the needs of your lawn with the addition of our optional services.
"Traditional Plus" Program
We start by setting up a 6-step customized program for your lawn, six feedings of fertilizers and weed controls, and one surface insect treatment. This program includes preventative grub insect control and fall or spring lawn aeration. The “Plus” program also includes a free pH test, allowing us to make sure the fertilizers being used cater to your lawn specifically. Continual attention to your lawn is crucial. If turf grass diseases problems occur, we can add lawn disease control to your program.
Custom Lawns C4 Program
The perfect program for lawns growing in the shade, commercial properties and very large lawns. We can tailor this program to meet your specific requirements. 4 steps, 3 steps, 2 steps or 1 step. We will properly fertilize and apply weed control products.
Organic Program
Utilizing all natural organic fertilizers and organic-based fertilizers. The core of our organic program begins with a specialized six-step program. Our organic fertilizers contain no odor-causing ingredients, such as waste by-products, sewage sludges, manures, composts or animal parts. At this time, no natural weed or insect control products provide the results we are looking for. Clients choosing the Organic program will specify with Custom Lawns if traditional weed and insect control products are to be used.
